The bills for the Constitutional Amendment have passed both the Senate and the Assembly .In addition the enabling legislation has passed the Senate.  The next step, which will be the passing of the CA again in the Senate and the Assembly and the passage of the enabling legislation in the Assembly, will take place sometime between January and June of 2013.
